Tax-Exempt Status Notice

The Grant-a-Song Foundation is a registered Delaware nonprofit with 501(c)(3) status currently pending. While we anticipate our tax-exempt status will be retroactive to our founding on January 1, 2026, we are operating with 'pending' status until our official letter arrives. We will provide a formal receipt for your records and notify you as soon as we receive our official IRS Determination Letter.

Expands access to music enrichment by helping cover program costs for underserved schools. Helps cover artist fees, production and transportation costs.

Supports a full-day music enrichment experience, including multiple workshops and/or performances throughout the school day.
